What does it include...
- Specific calories and macros for your goal at the beginning of the 8 weeks.
- 8 Week Workout Program - Home or Gym depending on what you have available to you. Video demonstrations on each exercise through an interactive app.
- If you prefer real time workouts – follow the structured 8 week schedule of workouts all ready and waiting for you!!
- Weekly Check in form for you to stay accountable to yourself and me! (Laura - your coach)
- Weekly Accountability – I’ll be checking in with you every week by personal voice note to make sure you are staying on track!
- Daily accountability on the whats app group, where you can post food ideas, gain tips and support.
- Yoga that you have the option of participating in with our very own Paris Yoga on the app.
- A wide variety of recipes available to you along will meal prep ideas too.
- Community group chat with all of the incredible ladies in the challenge experiencing the same journey as you.
- Weekly Q&A videos where I answer all your questions through videos.
